Return & Refund Policy – Schmidt Shoe Shop
Overview
At Schmidt Shoe Shop, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in specific circumstances outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are ONLY accepted if the customer receives an incorrect size that differs from the size originally ordered.
To be eligible:

The item received must be a different size than what was ordered

The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Non-Eligible Situations
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

Ordering the wrong size

Change of mind

Incorrect address entered at checkout

Normal wear and tear

Minor variations in color or design
All sales are final in these situations.
Return Process
To request a return for an incorrect item, customers must:

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds & Replacements
If the return is approved:

A replacement item (correct size), OR

A refund to the original payment method

Schmidt Shoe Shop reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Costs

If we made the mistake (wrong size shipped), we will cover return shipping costs

We are not responsible for return shipping in any other situation
Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after the item is received

Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider
